Pureleé Honey Heat Garlic Chicken and Veggies Recipe
Sheet pan Honey Heat garlic chicken and veggies is an easy weeknight dinner that’s perfect for meal prep! Packed with nutrients, protein and lots of flavor, serve this easy dish over veggies or rice and enjoy the leftovers for lunch at work!
I chopped up some broccoli, peppers, carrots, onion, and chicken and threw it on a lined baking sheet for easy clean-up.

For this easy Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies recipe you will need:
2 Tbsp Pureleé 🌿 Honey Heat Seasoning
1 Tbsp Pureleé 🌿 Black & White Blend
Bell Peppers (I used green, red, yellow and orange)
1 Tsp Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
You will also need:
A baking sheet
Parchment paper or Foil
Mixing bowl for the sauce
Tongs/Spatula (for flipping halfway through)
Toss all sauces and seasonings into bowl and whisk thoroughly.
Marinate chicken breast in bowl for 15 minutes (let sit).
Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees.
Use tongs to place chicken breast on cooking sheet.
Toss Veggies in liquid marinate created (toss until coated thoroughly).
Use tongs to place all veggies on cooking sheet as well.
Drizzle leftover marinate on top of chicken and veggies!
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
Serve! & Enjoy!
This dish is already jam-packed with veggies, chicken, and flavor so you don’t need much else to go with it!
P.S. This sheet pan dinner is also perfect for meal prep! Make ahead of time and toss in your Tupperware with rice.
